A one-off campaign is easy. A pipeline that delivers every month is a different problem entirely.

A one-off campaign is easy. A pipeline that consistently delivers usable content every month is a different problem, and it comes down to four parts: sourcing, vetting, briefing, and feedback.

Sourcing means having more than one channel — platform search, creator marketplaces, referrals from current creators, and inbound applications all feed the funnel. Vetting filters that list down using criteria like engagement quality and audience fit. Briefing standardizes what creators receive so quality doesn't depend on who happens to brief them that week. Feedback closes the loop — tracking which creators' content actually converts and rebooking based on data, not gut feel.

Once those four parts run on a calendar instead of ad hoc, the pipeline starts producing content predictably instead of in feast-or-famine bursts.
